1st Line Support Assistant

You will be required to log and track calls, update the helpdesk database and perform related administrative duties. You will be expected to gain a good understanding of the Pulse application suite thereby enabling you to advise clients on general operational requests. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to manage queries within this busy environment.

Educated to ’A’ Level standard or equivalent you will have practical experience of computer software, including Microsoft Office and Outlook. General awareness of the financial sector is desirable although full training will be provided.

Software Developer

Educated to degree standard, you will be involved in the maintenance and on-going development of the Pulse application suite. Ideally you will have at least 3 years relevant experience and possess an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft VB and or .NET technologies.

Senior Developer & Team Leader

You will play a key role in the development of the Pulse application suite and offer a minimum of 5 years industry level experience gained either within a software house or investment management organisation. You must have a strong development track record using Microsoft .NET and Oracle PL/SQL technologies and have proven experience leading and mentoring small development teams. You will have proven skills in documenting functional designs and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout all areas of the software development cycle.
