Pulse Software is a relationship focused, software development organisation and leading provider of Wealth Management solutions.   Our Pulse Portfolio suite forms the backbone of the business and traces its heritage back to 1993 when it was officially launched as the UK’s first Windows based Wealth Management solution, having been developed using Microsoft VB and Oracle technologies. 

Designed in conjunction with a major Private Client Stockbroker, Pulse Portfolio was originally commissioned to provide a “best of breed”  Front Office solution and established a modern platform offering enhanced levels of functionality and STP across the organisation. 

The system was subsequently extended to provide a comprehensive, enterprise wide Front, Middle and Back Office solution.

As the demands of Wealth Managers have become  increasingly sophisticated so has technology advanced.  Our next challenge was therefore to design a new Front-Office system, powerful enough to address these requirements by taking advantage of the next generation of software technologies.

Our solution, Pulse Symphony has embraced Microsoft’s latest .NET framework and utilises the C# programming language.  This open, component based system provides ground breaking Front Office functionality within an intuitive and dynamic desktop environment that has established a new benchmark within this highly competitive space.

This combination of in-house research and development coupled with a strong and collaborative relationship with our clients has underpinned our success and growth over the last 15 years and resulted in the Pulse suite of application programs, becoming the system of choice for leading Wealth Management organisations.
