On Line Valuations is an all encompassing solution designed by Pulse to allow your clients secure access to their up-to-date financial information via your own corporate web site.
Based on secure technology, information is exported daily from your Pulse database and imported onto a web server which can be accessed by clients and Independent Financial Advisors who can check the position of all portfolios that they manage. All data is refreshed each day. With secure password controlled access, together with SSL 128 bit encryption, clients can have full confidence in the security of their data.
When a user of the system logs in they are only able to see their relevant accounts and drill down on these to see all individual holdings and cash, as well all transactions for a specified period. Users are also able to filter on the type of transactions displayed i.e. charges, corporate events, dividends etc and also specify an exact date range for review.
