Client Support

Our dedicated Client Support team is on hand to provide a bespoke support service to your business by telephone, email, system links and onsite. The Support team is comprised of individuals who have a combination of extensive business expertise, product knowledge and technical ability, working closely alongside our business analysts and developers. This tightly integrated setup allows us to efficiently deal with any queries, issues and enhancement requests based upon a thorough understanding of your business needs. Regular updates on priority requests are provided to our clients in the form of emails and calls, while regular status reports are issued to update clients on all outstanding issues.

Each client is allocated a relationship manager who is responsible for ensuring high standards of service, keeping clients informed of plans and developments and maintaining regular contact (including personal visits) to make sure any issues are promptly resolved.
