1 st Line Support Assistant

You will be required to log and track calls, update the helpdesk database and provide general administration. You will be expected to gain a good understanding of the system, which will enable you to advise clients how to use a broad range of functionality. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to resolve enquires and be dedicated to providing a quality service in this busy environment.

Educated to A Level standard or equivalent you will have practical experience of computer software, including Microsoft Office and Outlook. General awareness of the financial sector is desirable although further training will be provided.

Senior Developer & Team leader

You will play a key role in the development of the application and offer a minimum of 5 years industry level experience gained either within a software house or investment management organisation. You must have a strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and be capable of managing a development team to set and achieve project deliveries.

Software Developer

Educated to degree standard, you will be involved in the maintenance and on-going development of our flagship product Pulse Portfolio and become a key member of the development team. Ideally you will have at least 5 years relevant industry experience and possess an in-depth knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft VB technologies.

Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience.
